The Adelaide International Guitar Festival
The Adelaide International Guitar Festival of
South Australia runs from:
Thursday 25 to Sunday 28 November 2010.
This years Artistic Director for the festival is world-renowned guitarist, Slava Grigoryan.

The Xth Alhambra International Guitar Competition takes place from
April 13th -17th 2010,
Palau de la Música i Congresos in Valencia.
The open competition was created twenty years ago, by Manufacturas Alhambra as an important contribution to the younger generation of guitarists.
All guitarists under the age of 35 are eligible providing they meet all the requirements

Sydney's Classical Guitar Society
The Sydney Classical Guitar annual summer school event is organized for Wednesday 13th - Sunday 17th January 2010.
The event features Vincent Lindsey-Clark, Raffaele Agostino, Richard Charlton, Christopher Keane, Janet Agostino and Alhambra guitars.
This five-day program includes masterclasses and workshops, ensemble work, orchestra, lectures, recitals, private tuition and a lecture recital.

Hobart Guitar Society
This is the first Launceston College Classical and Flamenco Guitar Summer School. The event is Thursday 14th - Friday 15th January 2010.
This two-day guitar program will cover solo, ensemble and flamenco playing, as well as masterclasses and workshops.
The summer school is being directed by acclaimed Australian guitarist Gareth Koch.
